Many laundromats offer wash/dry/fold drop-off services in their stores, and want to diversify to add pick-up and delivery to their product offerings. However, it can be difficult to know how to get started. This program will give you the knowledge and tools to move from a self-service laundry to a full-service laundromat. Panelists will share their experience in establishing a successful PUD business, covering areas such as staff, vehicles, scheduling, marketing to find customers and more.
