A good business plan should be thorough, but simple to understand. The primary purpose of the business plan is to show potential lenders how you plan to succeed and repay your loan, as well as serving as your guideline for evaluating each potential venture to make sure it meets your goals and expectations. There’s no right or wrong way to write a business plan. What’s important is that your plan meets your needs. Attend this program to learn what factors need to be included in a good business plan and leave with a template that will help you get started creating your winning plan.

Speaker Bios:
Stephen Gramaglia
Stephen opened his 5,500 square foot laundromat in Yonkers, N.Y. in May 2020 after spending 21 years at Eastern Funding. During his tenure at Eastern, Stephen helped thousands of entrepreneurs achieve their dream of owning their own business. Stephen has financed startups, retools and acquisitions of coin laundries all across the country. Stephen is an expert at analyzing laundromat financial statements and helping potential laundry owners evaluate locations.
Daryl Johnson
Daryl is the CEO of Giant Wash Laundries, which has ten locations. He has been in the laundry business for 15 years and retail business ownership for 34 years. Daryl has business experience that includes everything from tanning salons to pizza restaurants, both commercial and residential real estate, construction and operations.
Joe Toner
Joe is a third generation entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience building teams, organizations and businesses primarily in the real estate industry, specifically in brokerage, private finance and development. Always in search of opportunities (in true entrepreneurial fashion), Joe evaluated the C19 pandemic as an opening into the essential business of laundry, purchasing his first location on January 1, 2021. Dash Point Laundry located in Federal Way, Washington (about 30 minutes south of Seattle) and is a fully attended laundromat equipped with a laundry card system. Dash Point also holds the distinction (at least unofficially) for the most washers (41) and dryers (40) per square foot (2,000) in the State of Washington. Renovations to the store are under way and will be complete in the coming weeks, at which point we will expand the services offered to include wash & fold and pick-up and delivery. Other planned improvements include rebranding, new digital and physical marketing in addition to new client appreciation promotions and programs. Our goal is to create a new customer experience where the laundry environment at Dash Point Laundry reflects how much we appreciate and value our customers.
The cost to attend this program is $29. Each person who registers will receive a recording of the program.
