Panelist Bios:

Ashley Fawkes has spent more than a decade working closely with the owners of independent, family owned businesses and with the marketing teams of multi-location enterprises on their local online presence. As the Director of OPTIMA™ Services at American Marketing & Publishing, Ashley oversees a team of 30 account managers who advise nearly 12,000 independent businesses clients on their online listings presence, star rating and reviews, and imagery. The digital agency she leads has been designated a Grow with Google High Impact Contributor and has the distinction of being recognized as a Google Featured Partner for GMB, one of only 71 such companies world-wide.

Away from work, Ashley is the proud and busy mother of two great kids and the wife of a municipal police officer. She’s also a well-read writer on the topic of work life balance in a fulfilling and chaotic world. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Augustana College.

Ashley is a regular from the stage/podium presenter to internal AMP personnel, ranging in group size from 15 to 300 attendees. She’s also been an occasional speaker the Northern Illinois University College of Business marketing department, addressing 300 and 400 level classes and student groups as a guest lecturer.
