The Laundry Summit – Dallas is set to bring together laundromat owners, multi-store operators, investors, and industry partners for a one-day educational experience focused on growth, modernization, and long-term profitability in today’s laundry business.
Hosted by Laundrylux, the March 4 event is designed to go beyond traditional trade-show formats. Rather than focusing solely on product demos, the summit emphasizes practical, real-world insight into the strategic decisions that shape successful laundromat operations—covering real estate, financing, marketing, technology, and day-to-day execution.
Held at Gilley’s Dallas, The Laundry Summit – Dallas will feature a mix of educational sessions, live equipment demonstrations, and structured networking. Attendees will hear directly from experienced operators and industry leaders who bring both national perspective and local market experience to the conversation.
Featured Speakers
The event’s speaker lineup reflects a balance of industry leadership and operator experience, including:
- Jason Fleck, Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Laundrylux
- John Francis, Director of Sales, Laundrylux
- Dan Yoon, Vice President of Sales, Laundrylux Distribution
- Charles Measley, Laundromat Owner
- David Collier, Dallas-area Multi-Store Owner
- Brian Wallace, President & CEO, Coin Laundry Association
Together, these speakers will address what separates top-performing operators from the rest, how smart site selection and unit economics drive long-term returns, and how operators can adapt to evolving customer expectations and industry trends.
Education Meets Real-World Application
Sessions throughout the day will explore topics such as equipment strategy, automation, and technology shaping modern laundromats; store-level marketing and branding that increase turns and customer loyalty; and financing insights that clarify what banks are actually approving. The goal is to equip attendees with actionable takeaways they can apply immediately—whether they operate a single store or a growing portfolio.
A highlight of the summit will be live equipment demonstrations from Electrolux Professional, led by Laundrylux’s Josh Reynolds, sales enablement manager, and Alejandro Rios, director of product training. These demonstrations will showcase modern equipment design, efficiency gains, and operational advantages that directly impact cost control and store performance over time.
Industry vendors and solution partners—including Card Concepts, Inc., Caco by Solomatic, Spyderwash, Presso, Renegade Brands, and Suds Digital—will also be on site, offering insight into tools and services supporting today’s laundromat operators.
The event will conclude with a networking hour featuring live music by Tyler Preston, creating a relaxed environment for peer connection and relationship building.
“The Laundry Summit is designed to give owners and investors clarity,” Fleck said. “This is about real strategies, real operators, and practical solutions that move the needle.”
