Based on your feedback, CLA will be launching a new and improved forum with some of the improvements below:

• A new, modern design with easier navigation and functionality.
• Increased privacy from the public, which allows discussions exclusive to laundry professionals.
• Two new communities for CLA Premier Laundry Owner members and women in vended laundry.
• Addition of ribbons to recognize and reward accomplishments and community participation.
• Easier access to your profile to make changes, manage preferences and connect to others on the community.
• Opportunities to buy and sell items through the classifieds forum, which will now be limited to community users only.

Subscribe to the Community

To take advantage of the improved online forum, you will need to be a CLA member or a subscriber. Subscriptions to the CLA Connect Community are only $9.97/month until you cancel. Included with the paid subscription is a free subscription to the printed and digital versions of PlanetLaundry magazine, as well as member pricing for all CLA Connect LIVE events. CLA members will continue to have access to the community for free, as part of their member benefits.

The CLA will extend open access to the CLA Connect community until August 16 so you can review your options and sign up for a subscription or membership. • Premier Laundry Owner Member: this level of membership provides a more enhanced experience for laundry owners with additional benefits including access to our upcoming exclusive community.
• Researcher Express Member: this membership is for potential investors interested in owning a laundromat in the future. It provides all of the benefits of the Laundry Professional Membership for just $299 per year so you can gain deep insight into the industry. It’s best to invest a couple hundred dollars now before you spend hundreds of thousands.
